With the great boom in agile project management, requirements are getting less and less detailed. Tracking requirements and changes and managing testing has become a real challenge. This presentation will highlight the specific problems we encountered during our projects and how we overcame them. Some brainstorming of the pros and cons of distributed teams will be addressed.

About the speaker:

Milena Petrovič is an experienced Software Quality Assurance Lead Engineer with six years of experience in different testing areas. Working on different international projects for world-leading gaming & gambling, insurance and health system companies, she is highly skilled in various software testing technologies, QA methodologies, as well as in leading QA and testing teams.

About the speaker:

For the past 12 years, Nikola Šopar has focused on TQM activities at Comtrade and is responsible for establishing management systems, driving improvements, providing coaching and facilitating practice sharing. Currently, Nikola and his team are monitoring and supporting all corporate processes in all locations, which means more than 300 software projects daily at 7 different locations with more than 1,000 people involved in the operations.
