A showdown of young programmers supported by ComTrade

For the fourth year in a row, Mathematical Society of Serbia and School of Computing Belgrade have organized a contest for high-school students named RAF Challenge 2012. The final round was held on Saturday, March 31st, with 20 finalists responding to two different problems – a presentation on the topic “Historical heritage of Serbia” and a Flash animation or computer game of their own choice.

Just like it did in previous years, ComTrade provided material support for the competition. This time, the contribution of the company was third-place reward, which was won by Božidar Đorđević from Technical School in Mladenovac. Since investments in computer science filed and informatics are of paramount importance for ComTrade, similar initiatives will also be supported in the future.
