New releases of ComTrade Smart Plug-Ins for Citrix, Siebel and Documentum on HP Operations Manager

ComTrade announces new releases of ComTrade Smart Plug-Ins for HP Operations Manager. From today newly released versions of the following products are available:

  • ComTrade Smart Plug-In for Citrix on HP Operations Manager
  • ComTrade Smart Plug-In for EMC Documentum on HP Operations Manager
  • ComTrade Smart Plug-In for Oracle Siebel on HP Operations Manager

The release of ComTrade Smart Plug-In for Citrix on HP Operations Manager version 03.60 brings the following new features and improvements:

  • Support for HP Operations Manager 9.0 and 9.1, HP Agent 11.0, HP Reporter 3.9, and HP Performance Manager 9.0
  • Simplified Operations Manager server-side configuration, now consistent across all platforms
  • Support for Citrix XenApp 5.0 FR3
  • Support for Citrix Secure Gateway 3.2
  • Support for Citrix Online Plug-in 12.0.3 and 12.1
  • Support for Citrix Web Interface running on Windows Server 2008 R2 and Internet Information Services 7.5
  • Support for Citrix Secure Gateway running on Windows Server 2008 R2
  • Support for Citrix License Server running on Windows Server 2008 R2
  • Support for Application Probing Server running on Windows Server 2008 R2
  • Citrix Web Interface event log monitoring

ComTrade Smart Plug-In for EMC Documentum on HP Operations Manager version 03.10 adds an enhanced SPI configuration tool to support Apache Tomcat, Oracle WebLogic, and IBM WebSphere application servers automatically. This important enhancement complements the list of announced features introduced with version 03.10:

  • Support for HP Operations Manager for Windows, version 9.00
  • Support for EMC Documentum Content Transformation Services: EMC  Documentum Document Transformation Services (DTS) and EMC Documentum Advanced Document Transformation Services (ADTS), versions 6.5 SP3 and later
  • Support for HP Operations Agent for Windows on Windows 2008 x64 server
  • Enhanced auto-discovery of the EMC Documentum applications topology

The new release of ComTrade Smart Plug-In for Oracle Siebel/BI on HP Operations Manager version 04.00 introduces the following important features and enhancements:

  • Support for HP Operations Manager versions 9.0 and 9.1 for Linux, HP-UX and Solaris platforms
  • Support for HP Operations Agent 11.0
  • Support for HP Reporter 3.9 and HP Performance Manager 9.0
  • Support for Oracle Business Intelligence on HP-UX
  • Additional performance data collections for Oracle Business Intelligence
  • Performance data collection for Siebel Web End Users
  • Additional HP Performance Manager graph templates for Oracle BI and improvement of existing graphs
  • Basic management for Oracle Secure Enterprise Search on Windows
  • Improved SPI for Siebel service/daemon performance
