HERMES SoftLab At the International Business Process Conference

Zagreb, 26 October 2006 – The Strategy and Business Process Week saw the sixth international Business Process Conference 2006 take place under the patronage of the Government of the Republic of Croatia and the globally renowned Business Process Management Institute.

The plenary part of the conference also saw HERMES Softlab present their wealthy and extensive experience in the field of managing business processes. In his talk entitled Managing Business Processes – Switching from I to P – Maximizing the Value of Information Technology, Aleš Pestotnik presented the advantages of business process management, including the entire process of implementation, from the IT infrastructure and applications to IT services and business processes.
