Our growing company Comtrade System Integration is currently seeking for Treasurer to join our team in Belgrade.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Work in the Halcom program to prepare, sign, and process payments for domestic and foreign currency transactions;
  • Monitor receivables by tracking overdue payments and communicating with the sales department regarding collection efforts; generate reports on the status of receivables;
  • Communicate with customers about overdue obligations and provide missing invoices as needed;
  • Approve invoices in the SEF system related to the Treasury Department, including fees for guarantees, loans, and factoring services;
  • Manage collateral, bank guarantees, and promissory notes, including the issuance and registration of promissory notes, preparation of complete documentation, and report generation;
  • Prepare documentation related to documentary transactions, loans, and factoring, including printing documents, organizing signing events, filing, and managing collateral;
  • Scan and maintain documentation related to loan agreements, factoring, and guarantees, and keep records for delivery to colleagues in the department and external parties. This includes all contracts, offers, and other relevant documentation associated with banking activities.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the immediate manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience working in a treasury department, or in a banking or financial institution;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance;
  • Familiarity with payment processing systems (such as Halcom);
  • Knowledge of loan agreements, factoring, and collateral management;
  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams;
  • Flexibility and willingness to take on additional tasks as needed;
  • Experience in working with ERP systems.
