Account Manager – Enterprise Sector

We are seeking a dynamic Enterprise Account Manager to join our team in Ljubljana. This role focuses on nurturing and expanding relationships with enterprise clients, ensuring they receive unparalleled service and solutions. The ideal candidate will be adept at identifying opportunities, managing complex sales and delivery cycles, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver value.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients;
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage the complete sales cycle;
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver customized solutions;
  • Work closely with vendor partners to leverage their offerings for client benefits;
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution;
  • Stay updated on industry trends and contribute to the company’s growth strategy.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in enterprise account management or a similar role;
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions and services;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Fluent in Slovenian and English; proficiency in Serbian is a plus.
