Our growing company Comtrade System Integration is currently seeking an ICT BID Manager (Business Intelligence and Demand Manager) to join our team based in Belgrade. As a BID Manager at Comtrade System Integration, your key role is to ensure successful preparation, monitoring, and coordination of bids for ICT projects. Additionally, it involves leading negotiations with clients and enhancing the bid preparation process.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organizing, supervising, and coordinating the BID process for ICT projects;
• Analyzing client requirements to identify optimal solutions;
• Crafting proposals that reflect client needs;
• Collaborating with various internal teams to ensure high-quality bid preparation;
• Monitoring trends and innovations in the ICT;
• Conducting negotiations with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements;
• Tracking financial results at the ICT sector level;
• Presales activities;
• Plan, organize, direct, control, and coordinate ICT projects;
• To improve the bid preparation process by identifying and implementing efficient practices.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related fields;
• Previous relevant experience in similar positions;
• Excellent analytical and communication skills;
• Ability to efficiently manage time and resources;
• Active monitoring of ICT market trends;
• Advanced proficiency in English.
