Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of HERMES SoftLab elected new members of Supervisory Board

Ljubljana, November 14, 2007 – Today’s General Meeting of Shareholders held by HERMES SoftLab in Ljubljana saw appointment of new members to its Supervisory Board.

Election of new members of the Supervisory Board was carried out based on the former members’ expiration of mandates. Upon proposal of the Supervisory Board two new members of the Supervisory Board were elected. The new members of the Board are Anderson Whamond and Alexander L. Dembitz (re-elected). They were appointed for a term of 4 years. The workers’ representative on the Supervisory Board remains Marko Lamot.

Anderson Whamond is Managing Director at Charlemagne Capital (IOM) Limited. CCIOM is a wholly owned subsidiary of Charlemagne Capital Limited (“CCL”). CCIOM provides investment management services to a number of listed and non-listed investment companies. It currently has approx. USD 5.2 billion under management. The focus is solely on emerging markets. Anderson Whamond is also Director of a number of other CCL Group companies and a number of listed and non-listed investment companies.

Alexander L. Dembitz who has been a chairman of HERMES SoftLab’s Supervisory Board for the last 4 years is Director of companies. He was Chairman of the Board of Directors & Partner of Deloitte & Touche Central Europe, a professional services firm, with offices in 15 countries in Central Europe, employing 1500 partners and staff. He currently acts as a board member in several corporations as well as lectures on several universities in USA and Europe.
