  • The SPI for Siebel now includes enhanced support for both Siebel CRM and Oracle Business Intelligence (Siebel Analytics), including availability, performance and end user monitoring.
  • The SPI for Documentum offers new end-to-end monitoring of the Content Management System, real user experience performance monitoring and expanded management capabilities for additional Documentum infrastructure components.

In addition, all of our solutions now fully support HP Operations Manager 9 on all platforms.
