HERMES SoftLab Slovenia gains “FAMILY FRIENDLY ENTERPRISE” certificate

March 26th 2009, Ljubljana – In November 2008 HERMES SoftLab d.d., member of ComTrade Group has acquired a Certificate “Family friendly enterprise”, awarded by the Ministry of labour, family and social affairs of Republic of Slovenia. Working group of 9 HERMES SoftLab employees has been working actively in a process of gaining the certificate since May 2008.

By acquiring the certificate HERMES Softlab joined a group of socially resposible companies who give special emphasis to coorditation of career and family life with their employees. By following the measures of the certificate the company constantly improves working conditions for employees with families. Besides public recognition the certificate also means a stronger competitive position on the labor market.
